I couldn't finish watching it when I rented it because the whole camcorder thing was making me motion sick and I was really put off when the only cool character, Marlena, exploded really graphically! It was so gross! So if you've seen it can you please tell me who else dies, do they kill the monster, and over all what happens after the point where Marlena has just died and they are going up a flight of stairs? Thanks!
Everyone else died too. The three who were left were trying to escape in a helicopter, but the monster made the helicopter crash. One friend died after they hit the ground by getting eaten. The other two (the main guy and his girlfriend) ran under a bridge. They were safe for a while until a bomb went off and the bridge collapsed. After the "film" cut off, a sound clip played backwards "It's still alive."
The producers are planning a sequel, only from another witness's point of view (same way, with a shaky camcorder).
