That depends on the Camcorder Model, if it has a Firewire connection and your computer too is simple. Connect the Firewire (4pin to 6 pin on desktop with Firewire card, 4pin to 4pin on laptops with Firewire) and set the camcorder to "play". You can get them at Walmart or Best Buy.
