Yep basically what type of light source would be the most dangerous near explosive gas?
I'm interpreting this question as what type of light would be dangerous in the presence of a combustible gas and not gasoline in liquid form, and that this gas is not contained within a cylinder or a tank. I'll assume the gas is in a free state, in an enclosed room with windows or a container with a glass aperture.
So the light would have to be of a concentration or energy that would ignite a gas in an enclosed room.
A focused beam such as that from optical lenses and sunlight, or from a laser , would have the energy to initiate a combustion by ionizing the gas at the focal point, under the right conditions.
If this is a safety question for storing gas cylinders, they should always be stored in a cool dry place, and out of direct sunlight.

Cinema 4D lights and cameras add life to your 3D composition. We create wonderful graphics, even animation, but when you offer your viewer multiple perspectives, varying light effects, we are that much closer to real life experience.
When you click on the light thumbnail menu, the first thing you will notice is the array of light types already defined for you. You will see the expected target light, area light, spot light but you will also notice 'sky', 'environment', 'sun light', in a selection of natural lights for free 3d models.
To add light to your existing composition, begin by adding a 'floor' object. Your 'floor' may become anything later; a body of water, a prairie underneath, or even... a floor. Ideally you have something, a sphere, a building, something else to share this light. Next choose the default light in the upper left portion of the light menu.
Like any new object in C4D, it will be placed in the center of your composition which, for a light, doesn't do a whole lot. Try elevating it. Just this simple exercise conveys a bit of majesty as the remainder of your world here comes into being. As soon as you elevate your light, other free 3d models, immediate possibilities appear, such as tracking your subject or revealing only parts as your story unfolds.
Like all of Cinema4D's objects, your light has many properties to adjust and personalize to your specific application. One of the first you might try would be the light type. With options for 'omni', 'infinite', 'spot', and 'area' a spot light is perhaps the easiest to acquaint. Because a spot light has a focused area, it is the easiest to see the result of your tracking, rotation, and distance.
With a spotlight type, you can adjust its casting angle so your light is very focused as you might see on an actress on the stage, or a very wide angle illuminating all. Of course you can animate this angle so you can accompany your story with revealing image and presence.
An area light has a much more dispersed light. This might be appropriate for a well lit room, part of your daylight because it does share its light without a focusing cone. Under light 'details' it does present shape options which affect its scope but to me, it is subtle free 3d models. Choosing a rectangle or sphere shape will still have a light whose rays seem to reach the same distance and cover the same terrain but with different brightness throughout the area.
Like Cinema4D objects, it is quite easy to play with your light settings, experiment, shift angle and position, and animate any of these same settings. Light reveals and provides you a special tool to shift focus or include new activity and members in your message.
